If they are consuming syslog then ClearPass can send CEF, LEEF or 'RAW' RFC5424... they should be able to consume one of these formats, they might need a parser to get the data they need and index it correctly, but nothng more to do on CPPM side except define the syslog target and the syslog messages you want to send.... i.e. RADIUS Success, RADIUS Failure, Accounting, Audit, Etc. Etc.
