That screenshot is from the Computer Certificates store. By default, Onboard client certificates are stored in the User Certificates store in Windows to avoid the need of administrative rights, and to make the certificate (issued to a user + device) only available for that user. In the Onboard configuration you can configure where to deploy the client cert, but for the computer store the user running QuickConnect needs to be local administrator on the client.
