    ClearPass server is pingable.  How can I begin troubleshooting this issue?  Is there a log somewhere I can go to?

    Onguard Error
    Well, even restarting the three Clearpass services on the endpoint didn't help.  Rebooting did, however.  Needless to say, this is running on Windows.

    are there any ACL/FW rules in between that is denying some traffic ? if so remove them and see if it works.
    generally Ongaurd requires TCP/443 and TCP/6658 to talk to ClearPass nodes.
