  • 1.  Clearpass recommended digital certificate

    Hi friends,

     

    Is there a relationship of recommended or compatible digital certificates to install in Clearpass 6.5.0 used for guest access? Where can I find it?

    A standard SHA-2 web server certificate with SANs will work fine.

    The best practice is to use the VIP dns name as the common name and then add each individual server plus the VIP as SANs. Take a look at the Certificates 101 Tech Note.
