I did the ClearPass to SOTI Integration with Mob iControl extension
I followed the technote on it and I can see endpoints are able to fetch the attributes from SOTI.
One thing I am not clear is does it query all endpoints with SOTI ? Is there any criteria what end point will be queries ?
I currently see devices enrolled in SOTI getting the attributes, do I need to change the configuration for production where many more devices will be queried with SOTI ?
Once Attributes are synced,if Clearpass node looses the connectivity to SOTI will the attributes stay (is there any timeout value for attributes ?)

Hey Deepak,

Firstly can I ask if you using the legacy context-server {CS} integration or the newer extension driven integration?

Both the extension and the CS integration, will both ingest all of the endpoint with in your tenant, the endpoint attributes will stay their perpetually until you manually delete an endpoint or 'system-housekeeping' remove endpoints from the endpointDb because one of the cleanup task removes it.

We are using the extension driven Integration.
As I understand integration will pull attributes from all the MAC addresses enrolled in SOTI tenant.That makes it clear
