I usually configure email sponsor lookup with AD without problem; now I'm trying to do this using an a LDAP Server (Custom Server Type). Using the test "Perform a search" this error is shown:

From guest page the error is:"Cannot search for users.
In the packet capture I found just the bind to the LDAP without any query.
Any Idea?
