I have seen this message when there is no MAC address added in the redirect. You may try to add ?mac=00:00:00:00:00:00 at the end of you redirect URL to make something available there; or better if you could find a setting in Comware to include the MAC address in the URL redirect. By adding the dummy MAC address of all zeroes, you at least know if this is the issue.
