  • 1.  COA Not working with Cisco Catalyst

    Hi, 

    my environment mixed with Cisco catalyst and Meraki switches, we're using EAP-TLS and our CPPM running in v6.11.11, we observed the wired users stuck in unknown posture status, so users will be in quarantine, ideally after this status the session must be terminated in order to get the correct profile and IP, unfortunately the session termination not working, I tried manually terminate the session but showing below error.

    most of our catalyst switches are 2960 running in version 15 and 15.2.

    switch configuration is correct.

    please your usual help, because I must change the quarantine VLAN to non-routable VLAN.

    This happened sometimes when session is already ended. Do you have RADIUS interim accounting enabled?

    thanks for your reply, yes, it is enabled, and the client session showing active, just for your info, after the user authenticated I can receive the health check request and showing healthy, but the second request to get the correct profile is not coming, I don't know if this info can help.
