    Hey Guys,

    I am working on update a bunch of my hp 1920 switches from 1119 and 1120 to 1121 via Airwave but I am having some trouble.  For the most part it does successfully upgrade them but its reading as a fail with the following in the Events in Airwave:

    Tue Jul 30 13:22:58 2019 System Status changed to 'OK'
    Tue Jul 30 13:20:53 2019 System Firmware task try_count (2) >= max_tries (2), failing
    Tue Jul 30 13:18:54 2019 System Firmware Upgrade: Upgrade and active firmware filename are the same
    Tue Jul 30 13:18:54 2019 System Attempted firmware upgrade to Release 1121 (JG928A-CMW520-R1121.bin)

    I have never had this issue when pushing out firmware before.  Does anyone have any thoughts.

    Thanks!

    The retry count in Firmware upgrade process is set to 2. Some times, if the system/controllers/network is slow (more than Failure timeout), you would see this error. Increase the failure timeout and/or retries and start the F/W upgrade to the failed switches. If the error shows but the switches got upgraded in later retries, you can ignore this or delete this job as this error is for past tries. If the issue still persists after manual retries, please open a support case to look the f/w upgrade logs to verify why the upgrade is failing on some switches.
