We are using EAP-TLS for a few devices and would like to run a report/get information on certificate expiration. These certs are not issued by Onboard, but from our internal PKI. Is this possible via Insight or custom syslog export filter SQL query? Specifically, I need the "Certificate:Not-Valid-After" field.

If the attributes are captured in Access Tracker you can add it as an attribute to an endpoint and run a report with Raw Data using CSV.
