Comware SSH terminal/screen width

    I have serveral HPE Comware based devices, most running 7.1 that truncate their output lines after 80 characters, regardless of the SSH client I use (tested with both openssh and putty).

    Exact version is HPE Comware Software, Version 7.1.070, Release 7576 and the example command would be 'display ip int brief description'.

    I cannot for the life of me find any way to change that behaivor. Am I out of luck on this one?

    Luke,

    You can set page length with the line vty command.  I don't see a width command but it isn't a problem.  Widen your Putty screen to the width you need and re-run the command.  It should widen out for you.  It does for me.
