  • 1.  Conductor Dashboard shows wrong values

    Hey Community,

there is one Conductor with a Cluster of 4 MCs. (8.10.0.4)

Dashboard only shows 23 APs and 4 clients connected. Reboot did not solve the problem. The APs are all connected to the same Controller.
But on CLI all APs (~100) and all clients are shown.

It's been a few months since the last update and I haven't noticed the incorrect display on the web GUI yet, so I can't say how long this error has existed.

Using other browsers and removing all temporary-data did not solve the problem.

    Does anyone know the solution?

    Best regards,

    Hi magro.

I read time before a similar issue for the clients: Aruba 7205 on 8.10.0.4 - Clients not aging out when disconnected | Wireless Access (arubanetworks.com)

In the release notes of 8.10.0.5 refer to:

    AOS-237619
The Dashboard > Overview > Wireless Clients page of the WebUI
displayed an incorrect number of clients. This issue occurred due to
a race condition. The fix ensures that the WebUI displays the correct
number of clients. This issue was observed in Mobility Conductors
running ArubaOS 8.10.0.2 or later versions

But if this issue is only with the APs, I recommend you open a TAC case.

    I hope this help you.
