config port description on 1810G

    I am using the switch with SNMP and the ports description are "12 Gigabit - Level" ( on port 12)

    how can i change the description?

     

    the switch is HP ProCurve J9450A - 1810G - 24 GE, P.2.10, eCos-2.0, CFE-2.1

    Hi aryeklt,

     

    It doesn't look like you can set a description/name on the 1810G series ports :( I could be wrong, but I cannot see a way of achieving it.
