Controllerless Networks

I am configuring ALE with Instant AP (IAP).

My objective is see what are the parameters/datafeed the IAP outputs. Hence I use my laptop as a server and listen the traffic in Wireshark listener. But the packets I received is broken and in TCP format (suppose to be UDP?). 

I only configured the 2 screenshot below. Please tell me what I have done wrong or suggest alternative way for this.

Aruba Instant to ALE communication is an SSL tunnel, so there is no (known to me) method to snoop into that traffic.

ALE is designed to provide you all data from the Instant AP feeds through REST and subscriber methods.
