  • 1.  Configure VLAN in ATA 3c10400B

    I need help to configure a Static Vlan in Ata 3c10400B



    Somebody could help me???



    I try connet by serial port bat i dont have Menu or Command help

    You did not mention if the ATA was in a layer2 or a Layer 3 envireonment . either way , when the device gets its download , it will be a part of the information in the download .



     



    At layer 3 , the default network vlan ( vlan 1 ) is used prior to the ATA getting a download and once the download is completed , the ATA will switch over to the new vlan in the download  info from the NCP .

    Please try this command: vcxSetVLANConfig 1,5


    1 means enable vlan mode, 5 is vlan ID.





    ->vcxSetVLANConfig 1,5



    Then do an nbxShowConfig and you will see the



    EE VLAN ID set to 5
