We are currently migrating from PEAP-MSCHAPv2 with a different SSID (eduroam) and i can verify that, in our case, all changes are on the RADIUS server. We use ClearPass.

There is very little configuration on the WLAN controller side for radius. All of the configuration is on the Radius Server and the client. You should start with instructions from FortiNAC.

We're currently running AOS 8.10.0.6 with EAP-PEAP auth. Ultimately, I'd like to be using EAP-TLS. Is there a step by step guide on how to configure EAP-TLS coming from a EAP-PEAP set up? We're using FortiNAC as our RADIUS server.
