What firmware is running?
Are the APs deployed as Instant AP? Or with a controller?
Do you see your APs maybe rebooting? Do you see errors on the wired switch ports?
If in Instant mode, are you sure that all APs have your client VLANs tagged on the uplink port?
What are the wireless channels that the clients connect to?
The clients that are facing the issue, are those the same types of clients? Or connected to the same APs?
If the APs are managed by Aruba Central, check the AI Insights for possible problem reasons.
It can be basically anything based on the description 'some users are facing intermittent connectivity issues'. It may be best to work with your Aruba reseller to check the depolyment for the points above and more.
