Those cables are for end of life AP models, so not sure if they are still in stock anywhere. If you want to attempt to build the cable yourself, here is a link from someone who build a DYI console cable. Please note that this is not supported, and if you make a wrong cable you may damage the AP's console port; so there is a risk in building your own cable.
