I think it just is not possible and there can be multiple internal or external reasons that I'm not aware of. I think in Windows or Linux you can't delete your administrator or root account either. As mentioned it's the privileged account that everything further is based on, and if you would remove that there is no ownership anymore of configuration items, files, other permissions.
Most customers that asked me how to handle this, put a long random password on the admin account and stored that somewhere in a safe where nobody can access it. What would be the reason to remove the 'root' admin account, if you can just let it sit there and make sure it's not used? An advise to make the root/admin/Administrator account non-functional, I get that, and the way to do it is to put a password on it and store it somewhere inaccessible.

Because you cannot cut the branch of the tree where you are sitting other wise you will fall down .
Admin is the super account that has all previledge access you cannot delete it . otherwise how can you login with out admin account
