Convergance Client - Presence not working

    Anyone have any ideas to get the presence working on the convergance client? i have set everything up as it says on the knowledge base but i just keep seeing them as offline. I have allowed access on the presence server for the clients to see each other.

    Do you have the ports correct on the conference/presence server? Also, in the convergence client, check your presence URI.



    It should read:



    http://presence-server-ip:5063;direct=true



    Where presence-server-ip is the IP of your presence server.
