    Hi Haythem,

Note that it's not supported in a production environment.

Second, be carefull using the right country code because it's not interchangeable, you can write it only once!

Third, its not working on all model access points ;)

May I just double check that I'm not about to make a mess of several thousand hospitality CAPs
I want to convert a 503H CAP to IAP

    First command

    ap convert add ap-name IAP-1

Check the status of the above command:

    show ap convert-status

    AP Conversion Parameters
    ------------------------
    Item                                              Value
    ----                                                -----
    Status                                            Inactive
    Mode                                             All APs
    Max Simultaneous Converting      10
    Current Simultaneous Converting  0
    Auto Reboot                                   True
    Start Time
    Current Status                                 Not Start

    AP Names Listed for Conversion
    ------------------------------
    AP Names
    --------
    IAP-1
    -------------------------------------

And the 'Mode    All APs' is the part that worries me.

If I enter the following command am I right in thinking it will ONLY convert the name in the list, IAP-1, not all my other APs?
    ap convert active specific-aps server scp username <name> <host IP> path <path to file> ArubaInstant_Gemini_8.10.0.15_91324 no-pre-validation

    Thanks.

Note, AP convert is there to assist in moving to a Central managed environment.

If you just want a UAP currently running in Campus to convert to Instant, use `ap redeploy controller-less`.
