  • 1.  Correct URL to open on FW for 6300 switches upgrades via Aruba Central

    Posted Feb 26, 2025 04:48 AM

    Hi,
I have recently installed some 6300 switches on my lab.
Register it to Aruba Central successfully, But when I am trying to upgrade the firmware via Ariba Central.
Some traffic is blocked on my FW. I did open URLs on the FW for it, according to some list from website.
But it seems not to be enough.

Can someone advise me what are the correct URLs need to be open for traffic through the FW for proper switches upgrades?

The URL / URI for the firmware repository is common.cloud.hpe.com/ccssvc/ccs-system-firmware-registry

All the required ports and FQDN's are documented in the Central help page

The entry is only recently updated and not yet showing on the page for me, but h30326.www3.hpe.com is also used for AOS-CX upgrades.
