    Hi Mohamed,

    In the Authentication section of the ClearPass service, you specify which authentication methods are to be used. When authenticating, the endpoint and the ClearPass server must agree on a common method. The list is run through from top to bottom.

    In the example, only EAP PEAP is configured. If your endpoint authenticates with a certificate, EAP-TLS is required here. However, the method is missing, authentication cannot be continued and ClearPass displays the error message.
