CPPM to Palo delays

    Hi all

    We are seeing delays in authentication updates being passed from CPPM to our Palo Alto firewalls. CPPM 6.4 to PANOS 6.0.3. Depending on how quickly the browser is opened user can fail to open a page as the user still unknown to Palo. After a refresh or two the page displays.

    Has anyone else using Palo Alto integration seen these delays?

    I'm wondering if syslog would be quicker.
