I need to create a custom report that will show all of the devices that are currently down on our servers. We are running 8.2.7. Is this possible?

I assume you are talking about reporting in airwave.  In that case, check the tabs on the left side.  Select reports - definitions - add.  From there you can select all kinds of stuff in report type "custom" which is selected by default.  

yes this is in Airwave. I have created custom reports. Just not sure which options to select for specifically generating a report for all down devices on the AMP server.

We dont have seperate AP down report in Airwave, you can export down device CSV file

As of now there is no report to get the currently down device. However, you can try the option suggested by Pavan to ger the list of down devices.

In case you are looking for detail on down devices from past you can select the report definition as custom and use Device downtime details as the definiton.
