Hi all,
I would like to add a custom report on iMC, through the feature Reports >> Add report template.
When I go into this section iMC asked me, quite rightly, to upload the template file (.rpt or parameter). On the documentation isn't written anything how to create these files.
Does anyone know if there are extra templates? Or does anyone know how crare these files?

It's not particularly well known, but to create custom reports, you need the iAR (Intelligent Analysis Reporter) module: http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/networking/products/network-management/IMC_IAR_Software/index.aspx

This is basically Crystal Reports, and it lets you create your own custom .RPT files.

Note: iAR is a separately licensed module. If you don't have the license installed, you can create custom reports, but you won't be able to upload them. iAR itself is installed on a separate Windows PC, to create the .RPT files., but then it is not needed for actually running the reports.

Please help. I dint find the option for uploading .rpt file. i am using IMC 7.0. :)

Which IMC edition are you running? Basic, Standard or Enterprise?
