CX 6300Mにて、loop-protectの設定を試みていますが、意図した制御にならないためアドバイス頂きたくお願い致します。

設定概要）
・ポート単位でループ検知処理を行いたい
・ループ検知パケット送信間隔は、10秒
・ループ検知後、該当ポートのみシャットダウンし、600秒後にシャットダウンを自動解除
現状）
ポート3とポート4をストレートケーブルで結線しても、show loop-protectやshow interfaceでループ検知しているステータスが表示されない
