Please note that your first screenshot mentions the GMT timezone the second doesn't mention a time zone but is 8 hours off, which corresponds to PST. Are all your systems in the same time-zone? Also, make sure all systems are NTP time synced when you want to do any troubleshooting.

Subject: Date and time in Access Tracker versus date and time in Computed Attributes
Hello,
CPPM 6.9.2
Just a quick one I think - in Access Tracker the date and time recorded as the Request Timestamp can sometimes (but not always) be hours different to the date and time recorded in the Computed Attributes, I just wondered why this is? Is the latter a reference to the time the session started or something like that?
Thanks,
Guy
