What is the default username and password for the Web interface to manage this Switch ?

And how can I do to clear the  Password ?

There no username and password by default for E5412 I think if you want clean the password you must go to switch and press clean button in the switch for 5 s I think.

I do agree with @MohammadH. There is no default username or password.
You can clear the switch password by pressing the recessed Clear button on the front of the switch.
This action deletes all password and user name protection from all of the switch's interfaces.
