  • 1.  Delays in the refresh token process

    Hi team, I have two questions:

    1. Is there currently any issue with the refresh token endpoint? We have an integration and we've noticed it is taking longer than usual to refresh the token.

    2. Does Aruba provide any kind of service API token that does not expire every 2 hours?

    You are using new or old Aruba Central API ?

    We currently operate with a token that has a two-hour validity, whose refresh is automatically handled through the integration. It was created some time ago and is renewed continuously. I'm not sure if that's what you were referring to.

    Hi @bcarreno! When refreshing your token are you using your refresh token to retrieve a new access token every time? What cluster are you on?

    For refresh you should use refresh token that has longer validity time. Peek into pycentral for implementation details or use it as wrapper to your calls.
