we are currently using Clearpass in Dell VxRail vCenter environment, we are planning to do a POC for H3C UIS platform. 

Will the VM work on non vSphere environment ?

The plan is to back up existing VM and then do a -vmotion to the new platform.

where can i download the OVA file for Clearpass as we also want to test whether the OVA file can be deploy in non-vSphere platform

ClearPass runs on non vSphere environments. ClearPass is supported on VMware, Hyper-V, KVM + AWS and Azure. This information can be found in the documentation.

It is not recommended to do a vMotion to a new platform. Deploy a new ClearPass node on the new ClearPass and join it to the existing cluster. Migrating the existing VM to a new type of hypervisor can result in issues. When deploying a new machine, the image is optimized for the type of hypervisor. 

ClearPass images can be download via the Networking Support Portal.

So we just create new clearpass node and add to the existing cluster?

currently the cluster has 2 nodes.

That is the easiest way for migrating ClearPass to a new hypervisor. But make sure that ClearPass is supported on the hypervisor you're running.
