    Where can I find the software?

    I already have the licences of the Desktop Communicator :smileysad:

    Hi,

     

    The software is available on our FTP site. The address is ftp.usa.hp.com. There are three login and password combinations, depending on which VCX platform you have. They are:

     

    Platform  Login   Password
    i-Series  iseries Vcx4iser
    x-Series  xseries 4XserVcx
    Connect  connect 2GetConn

     

    Once you login, the software can be found in the folder /PC_Applications/Desktop_Communicator/DC_2_7_1

     

    The latest version of Desktop Communicator is 2.7.1
