in your daisy chain scenario are you using "dhcpv4-snooping trust" on the uplink ports? along with " dhcpv4-snooping authorized-server x.x.x.x" global command?

I have had a couple of scenarios where daisy chaining the switch was the only option, but found DHCP-Snooping enabled on the edge VLAN on the dasiy chained switch prevents the device from getting an IP. I'am not sure this is normal behavior and starting to think its a bug.
DHCP-Snooping is working on the upstream switch,
the dasiy-chained switch still has the trust command on the uplink,
I thought DHCP snooping was on a port-by-port basis
Any ideas?
