Start in the admin guide and then put a mission together .



It is rather simple as the dial plan is broken into 2 tables to begin with



1. Internal devices

2. did type inbound calls - inbound did and auto attendant



You can use routes on did calls to send calers to extensions , auto attendants , hunt groups , more timed routes for time of day answering .
