  • 1.  Dial Tone on Primary Bridged Phone

    Has anyone else had an issue when setting up bridged extensions. The primary and secondary phone function correctly as they should. The Primary phone works it just does not grab a system line when you pick up the reciever. If I pick up the reciever and press a system line it has one and works fine.



    I remember this issue on the NBX was a priority issue on the Bridged Mappings themselves. Any insight and help as always is appreciated.

    I asked the questiona nd nobody seems to ahve heard this befor e. I will wait for another source and get back to you . There have been some funky things occurring with bridged lines . Stay tuned ......

    Thank you for the response. This is indeed a strange issue my customers are dealing with. We are on version 7.2.7 currently and will be moving to ver 9 real soon. I will revisit this topic if there are changes after the upgrade. Just trying to get the lines of communication open as they should be. Thanks again for your response. -Peace

    Feature + 837 on all affected phones = 7.2.65.68
