That is too bad. What you could do is either paste the known-good config a few times into the running controller till there are no errors (the rough way), or you can put the good config and the current running config in a text editor side-by-side and (if there is a compare function, use that) compare both to see the differences, then manually issue the commands to get them in sync.
Ideally you would like to know why the flashbackup cannot be restored, but that may be something for when you have access to support again.
