Do we have to delete Hard disk value of HD2 to reduce HD1?

    I have a VMM and i have provided 40GB for Hard disk 1 and 64 GB for hard disk 2. however I see that as per Aruba, hard disk 1 should always be 4 GB and never changed.

     

    Can I just turn off the instance, reduce the hard disk 1 to 4GB and power on. It is not needed to create Hard disk 3 as it is done only when we increase or change hard disk 2? is that correct?
