I have Hp model pavilion dv6000 , there is a bluetooth Icon in my control panel , but i can not enable my bluetooth.
My question is , is there bluetooth on my laptop? how I chek my laptop for at there is bluetooth?
if there is bluetooth , how Can I send file to my mobile?

Not all HP notebook PCs are configured with Bluetooth . Before following the methods in this document, determine if your notebook is configured with Bluetooth technology by reading the manual that was included with your notebook.

Iam not sure if built bluetooeh on my pc?

Well, I believe you provided the answer yourself - "determine if your notebook is configured with Bluetooth technology by reading the manual that was included with your notebook". You could also check the receipt provided by the seller of the laptop for exact laptop specs or check the device manager (if you use Windows).
