    Chromium based browsers are getting more restrictive when it comes to using "invalid" SSL certificates, whether that be old TLS versions or self-signed certificates.

    With Google Chrome you can type "thisisunsafe", then enter/return, at the error message page to get past the warning.  I usually just open Firefox instead.
