You responded to a very old post about an unsupported version of ClearPass. If you really are running ClearPass 6.7, make sure that you are on a supported version first.
For the private key.... if you generated the CSR in ClearPass, the private key should be there during the import of the certificate.
Once you uploaded the signed certificate, you can download the certificate including the private key if you enter a password for the export.
Alternative is to use an external system to generate the private key and CSR, and import that into ClearPass (cert + key).

We've got a 6.6.10 Policy manager running. generated a signing request.. Didnt get the download private key option. but after signing I can't import only the signed certificate because I need the private key it is saying? you've got any idea?
