Wireless Access

Hi,

I have a question need your help.

I got a new DTC 16RX but I concern that, in the front panel, there are 3 led (FAULT, ACTIVITY and ~LINE ON) and their status is as follows:
- FAULT:flashing
- ACTIVITY: flashing
- ~LINE ON: on

After about 30 sec, their status is as follow:
- FAULT: off
- ACTIVITY: flashing
- ~LINE ON: on

After about 15sec, their status is back to the first status then 30sec it's back to second status.

Pls explain my situation,
