    Hello,

the SFP ports of my HP switches (e.g. HP ProCurve 2510G-24) were protected from factory with dust protection plugs. These are marked with Foxconn and of a rubbery soft material (see attachement).

I'm looking for a supply source (preferably with online shopping) for exactly these SFP dust caps. Most of the other dust covers are made of PVC, and IMHO are too hard, and therefore they do not fit properly and sometimes slip out of their own.

Where can I get those dust caps for SFP cages? I need quite a lot ...

    TIA.

Not an answer to your question, but just a remark:

I seem to remember the dust-caps that are supplied with all other E-series switches can be inserted 180 degrees rotated and in that case they seem to fit, but may fall out later because they don't really 'click' into place.
