Wireless Access

I have a HP compaq nc 6000.

When I use the Atheros client utility, all the buttons on it are disabled (greyed). I am able to connect to my wireless router using the windows config utility, but it keeps on dropping the connection.

Can anybody help me enable all the buttons on the atheros client utility.

you have to go to control-panel Administartive tools and then services,or Click Start -> Run
Type services.msc then enable the Atheros Configuration Service (automatic start).

i have the same problem but in my servicis the service is enabled but wireless network is still disabled

I also have this problem. When I went to services it still showed wireless network interface disabled. When I hit the network button nothing happens. How do I fix this?
