This sounds like a different issue. I was not familiar with it but did some searching for you... seems we had a similar case where it turns out that the directory "iMC\common\jdk" existed instead of "jre" directory (which I can confirm is what the directory is called on my working E0703 systems), so this was the solution:
Stop IMC, rename iMC\common\jdk to iMC\common\jre and start IMC up again.
Please try this and let us know if that worked.
