Late Collisions in Twisted Pair Network are an indicator for wrong Portmode in most cases.

Seem you have set one Port (i.e. the Maschine) to autoneg and the other Port (switch) to a fixed speed and duplex.

Both sites have to be configured to same mode. Autoneg or fixed.

my switch model is "hp j4865a 4108gl".I found that what is making the error is a printer.

the last message taht i received is

Description:
Port failure. A reset has occurred on port C21.

Solution:
The switch has re-initialized the port due to an inability to read from the port.

how can you help me??
