Hi there,

I ran into a problem here in the office. We have a license key and USB Dongle for the "3C0380 eXchange Call Center Base package". Unfortunately we don't have the Software to set up the anymore. In our manual is a link mentioned which directs you to the 3Com Partner Access website. But it is not possible to download the software from there anymore... I contacted the HP support and they gave me the link to this community. You're my last hope to get this software.

Can anyone of give me a hint, where I can download this software?

Unfortunately all software for the NBX and epic is now given on a case basis or by using the HP Passport vendor log in

Do you have any idea who I can contact, to get a copy of the software?
Apparently not even the HP Support does know that, but I will reopen my Ticket and answer them again for a solution.

Hi, unfortunately I didn't yet. Still heard nothing from the Support. It seems like I've to open a new ticket.
