i am trying to use nbx call reporting i keep getting above error i have reset passwords through web management and believe i am connecting to right ip address i am connecting to nbx ip address that i use for web management



the call report settings are setup already



can 't seem to figure this out

hi. I am not sure what version of NBX or CDR you are using but there is a bug in nbx6.0.63 and cdr 6.0.10 or so that the "General Call Data Reporting password" had to be the same as the administrator password in order to download the records.

Try changing the "general call data reporting" password on the NBX to the administrator password and then change it in CDR and that should do it !!!

Try using this and make sure that the NBX CDR and ADMIN passwords are 8 zeros . after the word billing is the password but change the NBX to 8 zeros described above and see if it works .
