Wireless Access

I have a MSM760 Access Controller that is either a J9420A or J9421A. I can't seem to find this number anywhere on the controller itself nor in the web management. How can I verify which model number I have? Thanks.

Left side of the front panel you will find a blue box. P/n is there.

Another way: go to Management / Teaming. If you see a message "A license must be installed to access this feature" your device is J9421A Access Controller. If you don't see this message, it's J9420A Mobility Controller.

If you know you have a MSM760 Access Controller and not a Premium Mobility Controller its failry easy ;)

From the outside (presuming you have the grey model and not the entirely Colubris blue unit) the front left side has a small blue label with the description and maybe with the PN. If there is no PN there should be white stickers with barcodes on the right side of the unit with the PN and the SN, most likely just behind the fan opening.
