No, I don't think the feature has been fully released and I have not tested it myself. Others may know better, or you can check with Aruba support who may respond that 11mc/FTM for AP-AP is not yet supported in the current software versions.

That is used in Open Locate, so the information should be available as part of that when it is fully released. I just don't know if it is exposed in any way for other purposes.
