    Verified this behaviour at several customer installations..

    It seems the Clearpass auto updater has struck again - now the MAC OS X devices are re-profiled as Apple TV. Endpoint Profiler Fingerprints was updated on saturday 2023/12/09 and now we have customers with Macbooks landing in the incorrect VLAN, since they are now classified as Apple TV.

    Check your Endpoint DB - filter on Profiling Conflict = Yes + Device Name = Apple TV / or Device OS Family = Apple

    Contacted TAC, but looong waittime.. Hopefully a fix for this will be pushed soon!

    Thankfully an update is rolled out: 

    Endpoint Profiler Fingerprints: Version: 2.857 Data Created 2023/12/12 06:19:44

    Fortunately a quick fix, but again - this affects all Clearpass customers that are using Profiling. Computer device turns into Home Audio device will ruin your day ;)
